- Orders can be placed online via our website at oakwoodequine.co.nz.
- All orders are subject to product availability and delivery eligibility within our defined zones.
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend an order at our discretion.
2. Payment
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
- We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
- All prices are in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
3. Delivery
- We currently deliver to selected areas in Auckland. Check our Delivery Zones page for details.
- Free delivery is available for orders over $150.
- Delivery days vary by region. We will contact you if delivery must be rescheduled due to weather or road closures.
- You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or that there is a safe place to leave it.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.
- Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If there’s an issue, contact us within 24 hours.
- Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

- Brands and packaging may change occasionally depending on supplier stock.
