At Oakwood Equine Feed, our goal is to make ordering and receiving your horse feed as easy and reliable as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we deliver, and what to do if something’s not right.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across North and West Auckland. If you’re unsure whether your address is covered, please contact us before placing your order.
You can view our delivery map on the website for general guidance.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver to different areas on set days throughout the week. Once you place an order, we’ll confirm your delivery day via email or text.
If you have specific timing requirements, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
Delivery Costs
- Orders over $150 qualify for free delivery.
- Orders under $150 may incur a small delivery fee, shown at checkout.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure we have clear delivery instructions if:
- There are gates or restricted access
- You’re not home and want your order left in a specific location
If we can’t access the property or safely leave the order, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
Delays
While we do everything we can to stick to our schedule, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, traffic, or other factors. We’ll always let you know if there’s a change to your delivery day.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo (if applicable)

Change of Mind
Unfortunately, due to the nature of animal feed, we can’t accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used products
Please double-check your order before placing it.
Refund Timeframes
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
